New Orleans Cats

I am going to be in New Orleans the weekend of the Oklahoma v KSU game in October with 8-10 other KSU fans for a bachelor party. Is there a game day headquarters or any recommendations for us to be able to go, watch the game, bottle service, etc.? Thanks in advance.
