This could be the best year to fire Bruce if need to be. I think we have minimal roster disruption if he gets fired. I don't see guys like Barry, Dean, and Cam sitting out a year due to a coaching change. I guess they could go the grad transfer route but I highly doubt they have the hours accumulated to do so. Sneed could transfer but if the above 3 stay then I think he does too. Mawein in my opinion has absolutely no options and Diarra has used his redshirt already. I think that covers our top guys. Now the possibility of this new transfer rule changes everything. If it starts anytime soon then this mute. However, the fact that it could get strung out makes getting rid of Weber more important if he doesn't push the needle upward right now. I just think with the roster we will have in 2019 that we will have a year so despicable that Weber doesn't survive that year. The 2019 recruiting crop will be huge in the perception of our fan base. If Bruce doesn't pull in some big stars then a bad 2019-20 season will have the K State nation bringing out their pitchforks in full force. The end result would be devastating to what would be a young roster especially if the new transfer rule is in effect by then. Things for our new AD to contemplate in my opinion.
