That day was the last time I knew the absolute best thing to happen to our program was to lose the rest of our games. We were 4-5.....had just been shellacked by our rival and were saddled with an extremely poor defensive roster and outside of Freeman and a few receivers were completely void of talent.
I will never cheer for KSU to lose on gameday.......but it is time for a change and this team needs to lose out to cement home that point. We have recent enough success......a brand new facility......and a convenient excuse that our head coach went downhill faster than we thought he would.
The time is now. If Snyder doesn't want to quit.....It's time for Currie to make an incredibly tough decision and fire him. I wouldn't want to have to make that call.....but it is the right call for the program just like on November 1, 2008 it was the right call to fire Prince.
