How about we really try and have a real discussion on this, if we can.
What part of the Obama policies that he enacted CANNOT be changed by Trump even in the first 10 days in office??? Obama did mostly everything by fiat, so as easy as he wrote them, Trump can take them away. With ObamaCare, they passed that thru reconciliation, so it can also be removed that way (51 votes, don't need 60).
The only thing I can think of that will take some major work (democrat legislator involvement) is Frank/Dodd (if he wanted to change/get rid of it).
Any other major legislation that I missed.
