1. Any idea on $$ for these guys? Dimel's $475K comes off the books.
A. Dickey is already at $422K. I can't imagine that changing much as his role essentially stays the same. Let's assume he bumps to 435K.
B. Coleman was at 275K. You would think that he jumps ahead of Dickey to 450K.
C. Klein was at 150K last year. Given that, I was surprised to see Hanson come in at 200K. I have to think that he jumps to at least 275K.
D. I don't remember seeing the Hickson number, but I will assume that he came in even with Hanson at 200K.
By my math, the scenario above would replace Dimel's 475K with an additional 713K in $$ spread amongst Dickey, Coleman, Klein, Hanson, and Hickson. Basically flat to 2017 + and addition of a 10th coach.
2. Staff, any idea if any of these guys received multiple year contracts? Given our year to year uncertainty guaranteed years would have taken priority over top $$ if it were me.
3. Just plain curiosity here - Do you think our position coaches, coordinators etc. have agents? Or, is that reserved for top end coordinators and head coaches. If so, that could explain the painfully long amount of time it took to announce the promotions of guys already in your program.
