listened to Herman on Sirius today talk about how Texas is #5 for fewest offers (legitimate) in the country. Wants their offers to mean something. He said Iowa State has over 400 legit offers out this year. That sounds like a sheet ton. Any idea how many KSU actually extends per year on average? Or just this year for comparison?
