Really happy to enjoy a butt-whoopin yesterday. Always fun to to win the Sunflower Smackdown.
We didn’t have many penalties on defense or special’s, but the rash of offensive penalties really stymied us on that end of the field in 1st half. As we continue to build our offensive continuity, one has to wonder when such (at least in my mind) excessive penalties will cause us to stub our toes costing us a game.
I listened to all the post game interviews but didn’t hear much discussion about this.
