proves his lack of basic glaring obvious sensible decision making for individual students. Fort Riley basically shuts down, KU shuts down, but this " tough" tough man lets his students know HE is the man in charge and walks up the hill. Twice this year he has put family (profs and students) on the roads- sidewalks while he lazily hides and unnecessary. Everyone knows he cannot make simple decisions like this, but continues to allow him to run an university.
