it seems that the players would spend far more time working with their position coaches than with the head coach. So are we saying our assistants recruit less than stellar talent and Snyder develops them into players? Would not the assistants have significant impact on said players development? I get that the HC sets the tone/direction but he is not out there working one on one with 100+ players. Some credit for that development has to reside with the staff.
