Not going to grade my source but when I have cited him before I think most will agree I bat a very high average. As I noted in a prior post Bill's illness allowed him to cede even more control to his assistant coaches and more importantly become comfortable with being more like CEO in management style. He trusts this staff implicitly and believes the course is consistent with when he had to micromanage things.
