I was disappointed as anyone in losing yesterday but now that I'm over it I'm actually feeling pretty optimistic about how the team might do for the rest of they year. I just didn't really think that this team had a chance at making the tournament but Wade is finally using his talent. (I don't count the Oklahoma State game as he was obviously ill and toughing it out to just be on the court and play defense.) Diarra is just looking really good and bringing an extra dimension to the team that Stokes was never going to be able to with his size and better defense. There's a lot to like about Stokes game but I don't see him getting his starting position back next year. Diarra could be a star. Our big men are going to need to improve but they're all new and do seem to be making some gradual improvements. It's really tough to expect much of a first year 5 anyway.
