I have no clue about these devices and am thinking about buying one to see if we would like it, but want advice from somebody with experience as to which would be best to start with. I am thinking about just getting the Echo Dot for $30. What limitations does it have when compared to the more expensive models?
Should I be looking at a different brand? My family uses itunes mostly for music. Does another option integrate better? We have the Roomba with wifi. We currently use DirectTV, but I am pretty sure I will drop that in January and may try my luck at cord cutting once I figure out how I am going to watch sports. The wife and kids will be happy with just netflix/hulu. I didn't know if that info would make a difference in devices or not.
