OT: Any HVAC folks on here?

Have some rental property in Manhattan, and recently had one of my combo heat/AC units go out. Property manager got a bid for $5600 to replace it. It is a York 50,000 BTU/2-ton 14 SEER combo unit. Does that price jive for materials and labor?
