OT: Anyone have experience cooking with cast iron cookware?

I used to love the tv show Cowboy Cafe on RFD TV before it got cancelled. I bot a new set of Dutch ovens and skillets. I plan to build a fire pit behind my home. Any suggestions on resources like websites, books, YouTube, cooking demonstrations etc would be appreciated. I'm sure there is a learning curve. Thank you.
