OT: BLT's

Is there a more underrated, easy to make sandwich?

Maybe grilled cheese? Not sure if I can think of anything. Both are always a legit choice.

Only problem I often run into is when a cook up a bunch of bacon for blt's, I end up with not much bacon for the actual BLT.
