OT: Brisket Recipes

Got a big boy that I am throwing on the smoker for tomorrows game. I love hearing other peoples techniques/styles and recipes.

I go with about a 60% pepper, 40% salt rub and it hasn't let me down yet. Can't wait to eat this guy while we beat up on Tech.
