I got a rental house in Manhattan where I am needing to get a new system installed and looking for advice on different types of systems and to get an idea of cost as well as pro/cons to the different types.
House is a 2 bedroom house 1,000 Sq ft. Currently no duct work in the house. Main thing would be cost due to being a rental property, but I don't want to get something that is complete junk as far as quality and efficiency. Also, not sure on difference of just a heating system versus both heating and cooling? (currently use window A/C)
