working in Garden City area this week and have seen 100+ jackrabbits this week. Been working in the field 30+ years in SW/SC Kansas and never seen numbers like this before. I have always got excited seeing them before because usually only see 1 or 2 but this week has been crazy. Amazing how big they are for a rabbit/hare and how fast they run.
