Been here since I was 2. I'm getting tired of it. Winter and summer suck. 3-4 weeks of optimal weather twice per year. That's all. I look at the coasts and the weather can be great but the housing is 4-7x what it is here. Such is life. I'll tuck my short sleeve button down polo in and sit down now.
