I am looking at purchasing a vacant land that has a creek run through the middle of it. I spoke with the seller and there isn't any access across the creek.
Any of you have any creeks/streams on your property that you built a bridge that could handle the load of vehicles, tractors, etc?
If so do you know how much I'd be looking at to build a bridge? I haven't had a good measurement of the length that'd I'd need, but my estimate would probably be 20-25'.
