This is becoming a must read for me...articles written by athletes, always topical, and while not deep literature (they are not going to be writing for the New Yorker anytime soon), they always generate some different thoughts for me.
This one is in response to the Chris Borland retirement, from a guy who played against him in college and who really (it seems) to understand why he plays football. Had to chuckle about his annual conversation with his mother about football...
BTW< there is an article on the site from Ali F, the player from Norther Iowa who shot down KU back in 2010. Nice read as well.
