I wanted to wait until I watched on TV, but at the stadium on the replay board, I thought OU #20 clearly should have been flagged for targeting on the big hit to Delton with about 3 minutes remaining in 2Q. I know a lot of us booed on the replay and the stupid OU fans below us were laughing saying that's just a good football hit. Anyone else surprised it wasn't reviewed? Even the television announcers were more wowed by the big hit and ignored the fact that the defender clearly lowers his head just before impact, hitting Delton directly with the top of his helmet.
