It is pretty sad when we are only a head of Kansas with commitments in the Big 12. That is why it is vital to get a staff in here that has the energy and drive to go out and get kids. This 2016 you have to work your butt off to get kids, it is harsh truth but if we want to be relevant at all in College Football this must be done.
