I was at the new construction today at 1800 Kimball across the street from the Fire Dept. They have the sidewalks and curbing poured around the building and were working on grade for the parking. If they allow parking there will be some but it looks like the good ol days for the boys that set up their fire truck and all of the campers tents and cookers will be looking somewhere else. I always enjoyed seeing the atmosphere with everyone set up there the night before. Progress comes at some expense hope we don't forget what makes K-State special.
