Was listening to 810 WHB at work this afternoon and Pinkel was interviewed and claimed that in his meeting with the team, there was never any talk about anyone getting fired. The meeting was 100% about the welfare of a student that was dying (choosing to by not eating, mind you and only 7 days into it). Obviously the football team's tweet or facebook post or whatever was that they weren't playing until the president resigned. I heard a reporter ask him to explain the inaccuracy of his comment, but then I had to go to a meeting and didn't catch how he reconciled that major discrepancy. Anyone with any insight.
