Hope the admins are open to criticism. The podcast audio needs some work. Driving home right now and it's impossible to listen too. Some people are so quiet that I have to turn the volume WAY up but then (I think it may be) JMart speaks and it blows my ear drums. Are you using a single mic for everyone?
It reminds me of watching a TV show at a certain volume and then a loud as hell commercial comes on.
Sorry for the "tuck" post but figured I'd point this out since it seams easy to fix.
