Pole: Big 12 Automatic qualifier for Playoff?

Assuming there is a full playoff with 8 or 12 or 16 teams, will the Big 12 get an automatic qualifier position to the playoff? Will the SEC and B1G choose to just get rid of this feature as the SEC has indicated that they prefer?
