POLL: Lose Weber, keep players or Lose players, keep Bruce

I'm not sure where I fall on this. I like Bruce well enough, but it just doesn't seem to be working, clearly.

Is it a lack of talent/discipline to where some new players and loss of others and Bruce is good or are the players good and need new leadership to develop them more is all?? Or is it both?
