I very infrequently get on this site. When I do it is to try to see how other people feel about today's events: the coronavirus, politics, etc. What I find is mostly posts trying to prove others wrong, name calling, stereotyping, and in general a very toxic board with no exchange of ideas.
I'm just curious why people get on this site and what they hope to get out of it.
Based on the traffic on this board I expect a lot of mocking and belittling with very few thoughtful responses.
