Offensive Line: We only return one starter and a reserve that started a couple of games due to injury. The hopes for tackle appear to be a JUCO who has not made it to campus and a Freshman.
Wide Receiver: We have our leading WR back but lose a couple of starters from a group that was less than impressive last season. There is talk of Pringle being a stud and other young players being ready to step up, but for now it is a concern. Our TEs did not catch a pass last season.
Quarterback: We have our starter back, but he struggled last season. We have our starter from fall camp last season back from injury, but his ability at the Big 12 level is still unknown. We have some talented young Freshman, but I doubt if they are ready.
Defensive Line: I think we are sitting pretty good at 3 of 4 positions, but we need a starter and depth at DT.
Running Back: Dimel was All-conference. Jones has carried a large share of the load for two seasons. I think Silmon and Warmack have playmaking ability.
Defensivebacks: Should be solid. Two 4-star athletes on the corners, a returning starter at nickel, an all-conference safety.
Linebackers: Elijah Lee was 2nd team all-conference. Moore was beasting at the end of last season. Davis is solid and experienced.
