Looking at the conference affiliations it looks like the cats have a decent chance at facing LA Tech again in Dallas. CUSA #2 vs. Big 12 #7. Quite a bit of speculation but I would imagine LA Tech will win the west as it is pretty poor. With the upcoming schedule and injuries I don't foresee us finishing in the top half of the conference.
Would the bowl committee pick two teams that have already played? Can anyone think of a bowl we have played in that would be less exciting than this hypothetical matchup?
