Powercat Illustrated refunds? Promised by Fitz.

I know many powercat illustrated subscribers that didn't have a rivals membership.

Tim Fitzgerald promised on here several times that refunds were coming, yet not one of the PI subscribers have heard a thing.

Is Fitzgerald a man of his word? Or just another profiting on the back of LHCBS?
