Walter Neil was one of a few visitors on hand for the season opener last night. I checked in on him and his recruitment this afternoon to see where things stood and that's when he informed me he was "joining kstate football class 2016". Neil went on to say he committed as a preferred walk-on.
A native of Lawton, OK (MacArthur High School), Neil is a 5'9, 160 lb. cornerback.
