i thiught the pregame interuption of the wabash at the game was really ineffective at anything except killing the mood in the stadium. I sit in the south endzone and thought at first there was an emergency and then had to listen really really hard to hear what coach was saying on the screen with everyone around questioning what was going on. I really could only understand about a quarter of what was said. My mom asked what happened and i summed it up by saying coach wants everyone to be nice. I highly doubt the interuption will be effective in behavior change and seemed unfair to a lot of the stadium for the behavior of a few. This morning i have seen facebook posts shared from band memebers complaining they were chheated out of playing the song and others saying they lost part of their pregame tradition. Just seemed liked an innefective attempt to change behavior to me.
