Screw loose has proposed a budget which gives himself and fellow Rich people a lavish tax cut. to balance he cuts meals on wheels, vets benefits and other services to the less fortunate. He mixes in some fairy dust notions to reduce Debt. Smarter analyists have said it will increase debt by about 4 Trillion $. Any time a group of poor people can be taken advantage of is a good thing for Republicans.
