Press Conference - GPC Staff seems to dominate questions

Is that an accurate observation? Are the other journalists too intimidated to ask Bill a question or do they just figure that GPC will cover all the ground that they think should be covered? I am 10 minutes into the video & I think there has been only one non GPC question.
