Yes, it is about the Cardinals. But what I thought was interesting was how it could potentially apply to K-State football, and athletics in general. Their concepts of having an integrated "performance," "medical," and "training" department was really interesting to me. They did this in response to all the quad and ACL tears they had last year, and are using data to analyze stress and modify routines to minimize injuries.
Would be interested to know whether K-State is doing anything similar - especially after the hoard of injuries last season.
