No need for a melt down on this board tonight.
I think most of us were predicting a loss and up until 3 minutes left it looked like we were going to steal it.
A loss is always disappointing but I think this a great building block of experience and learning for the rest of the non-con.
At least we can say that the improvement of this team over last year is not a mirage. We have some guys that can flat out play. We went toe to toe with a top 10 team that is predicted to make a run for the final 4 (regardless of whether or not their top player was out)
I love our guard play and our hustle on defense. Hurt keeps showing improvement in his offensive repertoire. Wade was quiet but his back to back buckets were huge. It just stinks we couldn't hold onto that lead. But hey, young team. They battled tonight. These guys are going to be fun to watch the rest of this season.
