Received some information from a person who knows the position well and recently saw camp practice/scrimmage.
Take this for what it's worth but he said Jesse Ertz "will be" the starter in his opinion. As far as the back-up battle goes, he thinks it will be either Joe Hubener or Alex Delton, adding that Alex can really "run the heck" out of the ball but needs to be more consistent throwing the ball. If that happens, it may be Delton.
As for Jonathan Banks, the source said he "wasn't impressed" and went on to say that he "may be a wideout or something eventually".
I for one haven't heard anything about a position switch for Banks, but one has to wonder if he slides to #4 on the depth chart this year and struggles during the spring portion of 2016... is a move elsewhere undeniable?
