As I understand it, scholarship athletes will receive full cost of attendance from the school they attend to offset costs associated with going to school and living expenses. This allows kids that are on scholarships to have money allotted them because they cannot work at a job because of NCAA restrictions.
My question is what about walk-ons? Does the NCAA permit them to have cost of attendance money allotted to them? And does the NCAA restrict them from working as it does scholarship players?
If so, this could affect KSU by discouraging walk-on programs.
