question about high school versus college quarterback comparison

I'm sure that there are many out there who know if the football used for high school games is the same size as the one used for college games. I ask because when you watch Skyler's football highlights, he throws the ball a mile, with good accuracy. It reminded me of Walters, and not any of the other current quarterbacks on the squad. He is a very impressive young quarterback.
