Question about the spring roster

Of the players listed as Freshmen (not red shirt freshmen) we have the grays shirts and the players that enrolled early, but I also see a kicker

18 Andrew Hicks K Freshman 6'0" 188 lbs Shawnee

Is he on Scholarship? Does he have the best shot at taking over kicking duties next year? or Blake Lynch? Jake Roark?
