Driving through my neighborhood last night, I almost waxed a cat...the dumb thing saw me, hesitated, and then ran right for my tire...I missed hitting it, but not by much.
This got me to thinking...Am I obligated to try and figure out who the owner is and inform them of the untimely death of their feline...or can I just drive on?
