For those who followed Hartman's teams in the 80's, coming off the tournament appearances in 80, 81 and 82, was it expected that the program would fall so hard so fast? Was there talent in the wings in 83 that never materialized? Curious what the expectations were those final years after Nealy and Adams graduated. TIA.
