posting on several things.

Woould love to have even one of TTech's speed merchant undersized receivers to add to our corps.... small size, big speed, ankle breaking moves.....not bad mouthing our guys, just saying.

Not a conspiracy theorist, but one might think after watching TX v The Boys that OSU is front and center of Big 12 stage....officiating was horrendous......if I was Charlie, might have gotten more than one on the sideline rant. Texas is going to get better as the season unfolds......would not at all be surprised to see them win the Red River tussle......like their qb Heard a lot.

Anything could happen in Swater next weekend..Yes, it is only one game in a season, but it will set the tone. Certainly wouldn't expect to get many calls and better be prepared for some head shakers.

And then there's this as a closer......driving home from a youth sporting event Sat morn, dial was set to KU v Rutgers...Rutgers 1st and goal from the 5 yd line.....get to hear this call....."Running play down to the goal line, (big change in inflection) and KU pushes the ball carrier back to the 5, Oh My (Big Exciting Tone). Now they are spotting the ball inside the 1 yd line (disgutedly). Well, I'll tell you what, if he got there, he wasn't there for long !" Seriously, almost word for word......could not believe it. Will caveat all this by saying that I hear Bob is a good guy, but don't you get the basic premise of forward progress of a ball carrier.....or perhaps you're confusing this with KU basketball where the same rules simply don't apply to your team !
