1) OU - their biggest win is better than anyone else in the league and they have taken care of business in their other games.
2) TCU - they are injury riddled, but haven't done anything yet to lose this spot. Their win vs Minny looks more lackluster each week with the Gophers barely beating Col St and Kent St the last two weeks.
3) Baylor - deadly offense, very questionable defense. Can beat anyone, but should lose a couple games in conf play.
[fairly big gap]
4) Oklahoma St - opportunistic defense and a good offense.
5) West Virginia - looks like their best team yet since they joined the league.
6) Texas Tech - it was only Arkansas, but they won on the road at a P5 school.
[decent gap]
7) Texas - their offense has woken up and they have a lot of young talent.
8) K-State - few playmakers and inexplicable playcalling, but somehow got a W.
[gap]
9) Iowa St - Rhoad's last ride is going as badly as expected.
10) Kansas - might actually beat a hapless Rutgers team next week.
