-Defensive struggle, what's biggest takeaway? K-State offense far from being in full rhythm yet. Similar to first road game at WVU last year. If play Vandy in 5-6 weeks, no doubt who would win.

-With that said, no excuses and very disappointing. Could never grab lead and play with a lead. Really feel bad for 20k fans in Nashville.

-Vandy deserves a lot of credit. They are a good team that was playing with lots of confidence as game went along.

-This isn't an indicator at all where K-State will be down the road this year (said this couple times).

(talked about replay system for several minutes.....nothing earth shattering).
-----------------------------------------
John Kirby: KU got close, out-gained Ohio, but....blah blah blah. Ku improved from Cent. Mich. game. Progress is being made. Line getting better..... (you can't make this stuff up....but, I didn't watch a second of the game, so maybe he's right)

-Coaches like the way the offensive line played as the game went along.

-Will WVU sleep walk Saturday? Doubt it. Early game time favors road team.

-Prediction: KU will score some points, but still 41-24 WVU.
--------------------------------------------
-Greg DeArmond: MU in "grasping for straws" mode....moving coordinators from field to booth, closed player only meetings, firing coaches, etc.
