If there are any assistant coaches you want to remain on the staff, what order of priority do you place on them?
1. Andre Coleman- Best recruiter. I think he might be able to step into the offensive coordinator spot soon
2. Charlie Dickey- Very good coach and the players love him
3. Blake Seiler- Good recruiter. I want to see what he can do with more athletic linebackers.
4. Taylor Braet- As reported, a main reason many players are here.
5. Mo Latamore- I know everyone hates his lack of recruiting but he is a great DT coach. Turns walk ons and 2*s into all conference players.
6. Collin Klein- Obviously love having Klein here. Time will tell how good of a coach he can be.
7. Sean Snyder- I think he does a good job. Not sure he would stick around if not the head coach.
8. Tom Hayes- Pretty bad
9. John Fabris- Surprised more people aren't talking about him. Yes he doesn't have Willis to work with, but DE's have gotten no pressure this year.
10. Dana Dimel- Just awful
