I just don't get it with our HOFHC based on personal experience. Dont take this as a look at me or he's comparing himself to Snyder post.
It's simply my personal experience and why I don't get it with Bill.
I'm 18 months from retirement. I informed my employer 18 months ago of my plans. The idea is to have transitioned clients and responsibilities to others such that I'm out of work / responsibilities at the same time I'm leaving for retirement. We are well underway in doing so.
Now, my position is more like a coordinator than head coach, I make about 1/12 what Bill makes, and my employer would survive with or without a plan, so it strikes me as even less important that I share intentions and we have a plan. At the same time, its just freaking common sense isnt it?
I just don't get it!
