A few years ago, Rivals had the Madness99 promo, when if you renewed/signed up, you were given $99 in credit in the store.
I haven't seen anything like that recently (and need some new gear). Does anyone know why they stopped? I'm sure they gave away hundreds of thousands of dollars with those promos.
